Moderated forum links: $20, and every site gets checked first
Everything else here is volume: cheap, fast, on properties nobody polices. This is the opposite: live boards where a human reads your post before it survives. Four times the price, takes considerably longer, white-hat only.
4× the $5 forum tier, and the difference is not markup. A $5 placement goes somewhere nothing is checked. This one goes on a board with active moderation, where the post has to be good enough for a human to leave it up. That's time per link, and it doesn't scale.

A German woodworking forum and a fintech community do not sound alike. The post is written in the register of the place it goes, by someone who reads it. This is the single largest part of the cost.

Your link sits in a discussion about your subject, on a board with an audience. If there's no relevant thread and no reasonable way to start one, I'll say the placement isn't available rather than force it.
This is the one tier that turns gambling money down
Everywhere else on this site, casino and adult are normal orders at list price. Not here, and not for moral reasons. A hand-moderated board removes that link on sight and bans the account with it, so the placement is gone and the access with it. The trade doesn't work at $20, and it wouldn't work at $200.

Every site is checked before I take the order
Send the URL. I look at two things: whether boards exist where your link belongs, and whether a moderator will leave it up. You get an answer within a day.
A no is a no. I'd rather decline than take the money and deliver something closer to the $5 tier with a $20 invoice attached, which is what happens everywhere that approves everything.

Why do you take gambling and adult everywhere else but not here?
Because the properties are different. Volume tiers sit on boards nobody moderates, so the vertical makes no difference to whether the link survives. A hand-moderated forum removes a gambling link on sight and bans an account I spent years building. The maths never works, at any price. If that vertical is what you need, the volume tiers take it at list price.

How many can you do a month?
Far fewer than the volume tiers, and it varies with what the boards will accept that month. Ask for current capacity before planning a campaign around it.
Can I mix these with the cheaper tiers?
Yes, and most sensible campaigns do: a small number of moderated placements on top of a foundation built from the volume tiers. The volume discount is calculated on the total, so mixing doesn't cost you the rate.
